We regret that anything personalised or made to your specific requirements and therefore can’t be resold cannot be returned or refunded. Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place your order are also exempt from being returned or refunded.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Photographic evidence will be required.
We will refund you only for an item that has been lost or damaged in transit (or cancelled before work has proceeded). Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
