What happens when I place my order?

Once we have received your order, we will get to work on your order as soon as possible. Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched.  We’ll let you know as soon as your order is on its way.

What delivery options do you offer?

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to start work on your order as soon as possible, often on the same day.  Some designs take longer to create than others, so please be patient.

 

Dispatch is usually 3-5 working days.  We use Royal Mail 48 tracked, which usually takes 2-3 days.

Can you deliver my order any quicker?

Depending on how busy we are, we can sometimes rush orders through.  If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I return my order for a refund?

We regret that anything personalised or made to your specific requirements and therefore can’t be resold cannot be returned or refunded.  Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place your order are also exempt from being returned or refunded.

 

If  your product arrives damaged or faulty please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.  Photographic evidence will be required.

 

We will  refund you only for an item that has been lost or damaged in transit (or cancelled before work has proceeded).  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  There is often some processing time before a bank makes your refund.  If a refund still remain unreceived, please contact us using the details below.

Can I cancel my order?

The cancellation of personalised orders are not possible if we have already started to work on your item, or if you item has already been produced.  We often start on orders immediately after an order has been placed so it is vital to contact us as soon as possible should you wish to cancel  your order.

How do I upload my photos?

Once you have purchased your product, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to securely upload your photos.

Do you supply proofs?

We do supply proofs on request.  The reason for not offering it openly is because it would delay all our orders considerably as the majority are personalised and time-sensitive.

 

If we feel the photograph doesn’t quite work in the design (angle, direction, quality etc) and we feel we need to send you a proof we will do so before proceeding with your order.

Will you let me know if there is something wrong with my photo?

If the photograph you have sent us is poor quality we will email you and let you know.  Or if we feel the photograph doesn’t quite work in the design (angle, direction etc) and we feel we need to send you a proof we will do so before proceeding with your order.

Providing you have let us know before we have dispatched your order we can change this for you.
